How to Make Super Soft Chocolate Chiffon

We don't get bored, we share quality chiffon recipes and of course very delicious. This chiffon uses a lot of chocolate and for those of you who like chocolate it is mandatory to make this chiffon. just refer to the recipe below and good luck trying Hivers!
Well, the ingredients for making this chocolate chiffon certainly don't cost much and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are 3 egg yolks and whites, chocolate bars that you have previously chopped, hot liquid milk, sugar, salt, flour, cocoa powder, lime and cooking oil. after you have prepared all the ingredients for this recipe, now let's start the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a bowl and put 70 ml of hot liquid milk and 50 grams of chocolate bar. After that, stir until the chocolate bar melts completely.
the second step, after the chocolate bar has been stirred until it melts, the next thing you have to do is enter 75 ml of cooking oil and 35 grams of cocoa powder. After that, stir until the cocoa powder is well mixed with the melted chocolate.
the third step, after the melted chocolate has been mixed with the melted chocolate bar, then enter all the chocolate mixture into a bowl containing 3 egg yolks and then stir again until well mixed with the egg yolks.
the fourth step, after the chocolate mixture has been stirred with the egg yolks until well blended, then all you have to do is add 100 grams of flour and if you have vanilla powder, you can add enough vanilla powder to make it more fragrant. After that, stir until the flour is evenly mixed.
the fifth step, after you have kneaded the dough until the flour is evenly mixed, then prepare a place and put 3 egg whites, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of lime juice. after that, mix the egg whites until the egg whites are slightly foamy on medium speed.
the sixth step, after the egg whites have been mixed until slightly frothy, then gradually add 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar while you mix until the sugar is well mixed and completely dissolved.
the seventh step, after all the sugar has been mixed well and dissolved, the next thing you have to do is gradually enter the egg whites into the liquid chocolate mixture while you stir slowly. Repeat until all the egg whites have been added to the melted chocolate mixture.
the eighth step, after the dough is finished, the next thing you have to do is prepare a baking sheet and spread the pan evenly with margarine, after that line it in a baking sheet with parchment paper and slowly enter the dough into the pan like the photo above. After that, tap the pan so that no air is trapped in the dough.
the last step, after all the dough has been put into the pan, then all you have to do is prepare the oven and the oven pan that has been filled with water, this time we will bake the dough with the Au Bein marry technique. Next, heat the oven along with the water until really hot. after that, put the dough pan into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for about 50 or 60 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and finally, you can cut the super soft chocolate chiffon and serve it to your family or friends. To make it more delicious, you can create toppings with your favorite toppings like we did. the taste is really very delicious and the chiffon is really very soft.
