How to Make Pandan Wool Roll Bread

Yoo Hello my fellow hivers and all hive communities from all over the world wherever you are. back again with me jodi and Ema on the food and snack recipe blog that is very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. happy thursday to all of you who are working all day at the office or at home with family and friends, hope you are fine without any problems. thank you to all hivers and communities who have read and stopped by my previous post regarding the recipe for how to make oreo chiffon, what do you think about the chiffon, give your feedback below this post. Well, on this sunny Thursday, Ema and I will share a recipe for bread that I've made before, but I modified this bread with several different ingredients and colors. for those of you who like types of bread like this wool roll bread, just read the recipe below until it's finished and don't forget to give your suggestions under this post. well, the ingredients for making this bread certainly don't cost a lot and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the supermarket or the nearest market in your house. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt, margarine, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate bars, various types of jam to your liking, pandan water and pandan paste. after you have prepared all the ingredients for this recipe, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 13 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Then, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a spatula.

the second step, after the dry mixture has been stirred until well blended, then all you have to add is enough pandan water that you have prepared and 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk. why do I use pandan water, so that the aroma of bread is fragrant and also delicious. After that, knead the dough by using your hands until it's only half smooth.

the third step, after you have kneaded the dough until it is half smooth, then all you have to do is add 1 tablespoon of margarine and also half a teaspoon of salt. Then, knead the dough again until it is well blended and also smooth.

the fourth step, after the dough is completely smooth and well mixed, then cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double from before for half an hour depending on your room temperature.

the fifth step, after the dough has doubled from before, then prepare the work mat and put the dough on the work mat. then, cut and weigh as much as 6 pieces of dough like the photo above and round all the dough until it's finished.

the sixth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded to completion, the next thing you have to do is flatten the dough and cut the dough like the photo above resembles a jellyfish. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.

the seventh step, after the dough has been flattened and cut, the next thing you have to do is put the chocolate bar pieces according to your wishes on the part of the dough that is not cut. You can also use cheese and your favorite jam.

the eighth step, after you have put the chocolate on the top of the dough, the next thing you have to do is roll the part of the dough that is not cut into pieces until it is really tight and covers the chocolate bar.

the ninth step, after all the dough has been rolled, then prepare a baking sheet and spread margarine evenly in the pan. Next, arrange the dough neatly like the photo above. after that, cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about half an hour depending on your room temperature.

the tenth step, after the dough has been seen expanding from before, the next thing you have to do is sprinkle the messes on the top of the dough like the photo above. You can add some other toppings according to your wishes.

the last step, after the dough is finished and ready to be baked, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. after the oven is hot, then enter the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 30 minutes it just depends on the oven you use to bake the dough.

and finally, you can cut the pandan wool roll bread and eat it with your family and or friends. the taste is really very delicious and soft, the aroma of pandan leaves is really very fragrant and makes the whole household know that you are making bread hahaha.
