how to make Mini Oreo Steamed Sponge

Do you like it ? give your feedback below this post. Well, on this sunny Friday, Ema and I will share a sponge recipe that is quite interesting for you to make yourself at home. This sponge is also sponsored by Oreo, because Oreos have a taste that is quite delicious and easy to process into a sponge or other cake.

Well, the ingredients for making this mini Oreo steamed sponge certainly don't cost much and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredient you have to prepare is a mini size sponge mold, flour, liquid milk, SP, baking powder, 2 packs of Oreos, sugar, salt, 2 eggs, vanilla powder and chocolate bars. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making mini Oreo steamed sponge.

the first step, what you have to do first is prepare 2 packs of oreos of any size and then crush all the oreos until they are half smooth. Don't forget to separate the Oreo cream, because we will use the cream for the others.

the second step, after all the oreos you have pureed until half smooth, set the oreos aside. Now prepare a bowl and put 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla powder, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of SP. Then, mix the dough until it is white, expands and trails using only medium speed.

the third step, after the dough has been mixed until it is white, expands and trails, then add 250 grams of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder and 250 ml of liquid milk. Then, mix the dough again until just blended.

the fourth step, after the dough has been mixed again until well blended, then all you have to do is add all the oreos that you crushed earlier into the dough. After that, stir using a spatula until the Oreo crumbs are evenly mixed with the dough.

the fifth step, after the Oreo crumbs have been mixed well with the dough, the next thing you have to do is prepare some mini sponge molds like the photo above and apply cooking oil evenly on each mini sponge mold until it's finished.

the sixth step, after all the mini sponge cakes have been smeared with cooking oil, then put all the dough into each mini sponge mold until it's finished like the photo above.

the seventh step, after all the dough has been put into each mini sponge mold, then all you have to do is prepare a steamer and preheat the steamer for about a few minutes. After the steamer is hot, put all the mini sponge molds into the steamer and steam for about 15 or 20 minutes.

the last step, while the dough is being steamed for 20 minutes, then all you have to do is prepare a small bowl, add a few pieces of chocolate bar and enough liquid milk. then, melt the chocolate bars over hot water while you stir until done.

and finally, after the dough has been steamed for 20 minutes, then put the melted chocolate in the middle of the sponge.
