How to Make Koala Bread

Do you like it ? give your feedback below this post. Well, on this sunny weekend, Ema and I will share a very unique and very funny bread recipe. I got this recipe from one of the famous youtubers in Indonesia and we were wondering if we could make this bread too. If the shape of the bread we make is less like a koala, maybe you can make it better than me and Ema made. for those of you who are interested in this bread, just look at the recipe below until it's finished. Well, the ingredients for making this koala bread certainly don't cost much and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, mineral water, margarine, sugar, salt, plastic triangle, yeast, powdered milk, sausage mayonnaise, sesame seeds and also chocochips. after you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step of making koala bread.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 10 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of powdered milk, half a teaspoon of yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar. After that, stir the dry mixture until well blended. after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, add enough mineral water to the dough and knead the dough until the dough is half smooth by hand.
the second step, after the dough has been kneaded until half smooth, then all you have to do is add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, knead the dough again until the dough is really smooth and soft.
the third step, after the dough is completely smooth, the next thing you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 30 minutes depending on your room temperature.
the fourth step, after the dough has doubled from before, then prepare the work mat and put the dough on the work mat. after that, cut the dough into several parts consisting of 2 ears each weighing 10 grams, head 50 grams and body 100 grams like the photo above.
the fifth step, after you have cut the dough into several parts as in the previous photo, the next thing you have to do is prepare a baking sheet and spread margarine evenly in the pan. after that, arrange the dough according to the shape of the koala like the photo above. Then, cover the dough again with a clean cloth and let the dough rise again for about 20 minutes.
the sixth step, after the dough has expanded and the shape of the koala is clearly visible, the next thing you have to do is put the sausage in the middle and make koala hands from the rest of the previous dough with each hand weighing 5 or 10 grams. after that, cover the dough again so that the dough is more fluffy for about 10 minutes.
the last step, after the dough has expanded perfectly, then all you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for only 10 minutes. 20 or 30 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and finally, you can serve koala bread to your children at home and also to your family. Well, so that the bread is more delicious and looks beautiful, you can add koala eyes and mouth by using chocochips and black sesame seeds, after that put mayonnaise on top sausage.
