Social media is a cesspool, watch what you read, preferably go back to that gut feel when you know something smacks of wrongdoing.

Covid-19 where some truth is starting to be revealed, Twitter Files - Round 1 cracked open @mtaibbi - @ShellenbergerMD, Round 2 started to dig deeper (@davidzweig) with many other folk pitching in. Many people died, we know this, how many deaths no one knows, what if ever something like this happens again, question, go research Rumble Rumble-Neil Oliver , remember that gut feel!

From the frying pan into the fire with Russia/Ukraine invasion, who was poking the bear. Conflict we knew it here in South Africa with the Angola War where many young lives fought too many lost? Tensions between East/West running like wild fire at a time the world is trying to recuperate from most probably the worst economic dismantling the world has ever seen.

These are my big two where I have searched to try find answers losing a healthy neighbour during the year, many friends or friends families suffered along with mental anguish, all along it smacked of bullshit! Next path they will take is trying to sell a more fatal approach including our youth, this first "pandemic" did not do quiet what they wanted! Never be a silent observer again.

Wars are brutal, no longer should we sit on the sidelines second guessing, start listening to what is spread through social media, assess then ascertain a decision, do something! People in power are bending people to their will, they are not the majority. With much happening one has to try focus and keep true to your inner feeling, sometimes talking is healthy.

We must know our history, know where we come from before we are able to know where we going!

Lies and deceit a constant, more obvious now everyone has internet connect for good or bad. Decisions can only be made when we feel something is right for us.

I hope that we use the good in social media to our advantage in the new year and ignore the negative side of it. It comes down to doing our research and not just taking whatever we see out there.

So many people believe in whatever they read on social media, and if someone calls himself a doctor he can't be a liar, can he?

We know our history, at least we should know it and thus know what the ones with power are able to do, but most of us don't. Covid 19 might be over, but the pandemic isn't.

Their new normal, ties into many different things, alas..., makes matters difficult finding possible truth.

Deep state (modern worldwide mafia) are rich, really don't want to be caught with their hands in the cookie jar, they want to take the money quietly enriching themselves.

Covid 19 might be over, but the pandemic isn't.

Trust 2023 people achieve what they desire, life carries on, it's the younger generation I hope decipher fact from fiction.

Youth are lost in this country not finding direction.

Many are wrapped up with a phone at the end of their hand, possibly not a care in the world if it does not affect them directly.

None here to take over the reigns, small groups too splintered to be effective.

Flu like systems we treat with honey and fresh ginger crushed into a warm tea at night, or warm water with freshly squeezed lemon and honey first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Find both very effective going back to natural.

I'm drinking a lot of tea and a cough syrup because the coughing is the worst - slept about 2 hoours all in all last night and you can imagine that my work day wasn't the most comfortable today 🤣 !LOLZ
But I can't take more days off at the beginning of the month and year. By the end of the week it will all be good, I am sure.

I make an old fashioned brew in small mustard glass with lid of 1/2 honey, 1/2 fresh lemon juice and about 10 drops of Lennon Borsdruppels, leave next to the bed to sip when necessary.

Old remedies still used, hopefully one recipe will help and you are able to buy in your country.

Taking off work always a problem, cough syrup I have not used in many years with all the drugs loaded into them.

Last week a bit hectic, this week back to almost normal, work sorting out all the things neglected at the end of the year !LOLZ

Thanks for the recipe - it sounds good, but there are some (almost all) ingredients that I have never heard of 🤣 !LOLZ
My cough syrup isn't that chemical or loaded with drugs - is tastes strange and bitter and I love it, my wife hates the taste.

We have got new tasks - work that has been done in the main office of our ministry in Vienna till the end of 2022, we have to adapt our workflows, close finalized things and/or adapt/prepare for 2023 and all that should happen besides the regular work 😅

But my biggest problem this year will be when I will spend the 3 months of holidays from the years 2021 and 2022 that I have to spend by the end of 2023 or I loose these days. I have entered 1.5 months in our planner already (2-week-trips, family holidays) and think from the rest I'll make long weekends 😀

Old Dutch remedies mainly, found in most stores over here and inexpensive. Hope you get over the cough soon.

Plenty leave to e used, never lose it I agree longer trip then loads of long weekend to nibble through those days a good idea.

The coughing is almost over, but I have had a bad time yesterday afternoon and slept till the late evening. I'm feeling great again today 😀

And if I only stay at home - I will not give these days back to the state 😁 !LOLZ

Return to what we feel is right never knowing who to trust. Many awful stories slowly revealed cannot bring back loved ones, nor those affected by negative side affects.

Will stick with nature, makes far more sense to me!

Gut feelings, at least they are truly your own and not some talking head spinning it to their benefit.
Too many people determine truth by consuming only what supports their already formed opinion.

Facts are no longer truths as facts no longer have to be backed by real proof.
Just state that something is real and it will take on a life of its own.

After all of the bullshit that has been passed along over the past several years, it's more important than ever to investigate both sides of a story and then do as you suggest, go with your gut. You may still be wrong but a least you have tried to sift through the bullshit.

Two sides to every coin, lack of value in human life would make our parents gob smacked seeing the world as it is today.

Dung beetle advice is to roll it up, move it around till something truthful pops out, see always a story in nature!
