Change is inevitable assisting one to evolve, adapt to new circumstances or stagnate. Lingering leads to missed opportunities, life is an ever flowing stream. Positive our constant companion, edging along finding ones way a little faster than a slug hopefully,

Hamster wheels and hula hoops, life is amusing, stand back, assess for awhile then realize change is driven, simply not questioning by embracing life transitioning gracefully you may be able to live unscathed by geopolitical events.

World is currently woke and broke in more ways than all my fingers and toes, major life transitions happen with clocklike regularity, one long string of them normally egging one side or the other into warfare, no normal human even wants.

Embrace new experiences be it work or play, different can be healthy depending on how we approach, accept what we can, reject equally where we feel uncomfortable.

Taking charge for oneself by speaking out honestly, two things I personally feel are going to have a negative effect on all South Africans, decision making by current cadre rulers, Russia in current war, then tripping over their egotistical approach to Israel, in doing so hurt a population not able to defend themselves. Hell they cannot even house, feed, transport, educate, employ 50% of a Nation!

Throughout history one looks down passages of time, see a pattern emerge of one bully tactic used after the next, blood lust leaders prodding each other while their people they should be taking care off fall by the wayside.

Hello 2024, almost a week in, Goodbye to previous years, now written in history!

We the people must make a decision to stand firm together against, act when able to alter what we have learned, support our farmers, our freedom to travel, free speech, we are a global village, yet still very tribal in many ways.

If we enjoy our freedom we have to fight oppressors, not new, simply repeating the rounds on hamster wheel, hopefully learning to cope more efficiently, no masking up holding silent, vote out bad wherever opportunity arises use democracy to bring back what majority want.

Been a very upside down week with move, animals do miss each other even though they never got together, made me think of humans why we don't simply unite like we once did.

Change is such a constant, it shakes you out of taking anything for granted.

Stupidity of war leaves me questioning why we the people, accept these clowns leading our countries. Not to mention those who place themselves into high towers stealing our lifestyles right from under our feet, no good is coming on the path being followed.

To fight oppressors, we must recognize them. The problem is that so many of us do not realize that they are oppressed, enslaved, and so do not see their slave masters as oppressors at all. Once you see it, it's quite easy to free yourself.

Will try to visit once a month when all settled, Cloud is exceptionally shy being a rescue, I really hope she settled into the new place they staying in.

When shopping speak to the youth at tills, be honest with them many here simply not educated especially in what is happening around them they are too young to know. We who have experienced tyranny of time, bad leaders, must speak out for the next generation to contemplate what they truly want.

Getting off web2 I spent a couple of weeks at the start of covid lockdowns simply removing many of my original sites, places I had been for many years. Now only one or two left that I am totally aware of (due to old connections). Never put these insurance or medical apps on my phone allowing these scrooges to track whereabouts.

Locally connect as groups, online talk to each other we may obtain news about a country you may never see in that country. Media in general is under 'big brothers' control, all needs to be sliced, diced and discussed.

Both pets are rescue animals with strange quirks, both totally lovable! Wishes and kisses to a great 2024 no matter what transpires. !LUV

Alas gnashing of teeth in many countries with elections this year. Our duty is to impart truth to younger generation for them to formalize ideas as to what direction they would like life to go in.

Only if we can treat the world like one village we have a sense of peace and love to instil in us, the whole tribal and segregation thing is never go to give us the peace and love we need.

When in Rome do as the Romans do, respect local culture and traditions. With time people settle, start accepting each other over racial divide, unless ulterior motives come to the fore.

If nothing 2024 should be a revealing year with change on the horizon, let us hope toward a better future than the narrative being driven never questioned.

We must say it how we see it, share with neighbours, families, friends, discuss try bring solutions to our regions. Include the youth who are not being drawn into discussions about their future.

Cloud is a real beauty, I'm sure you must miss her terribly, as with your son and his wife! Life is always changing, and we eventually adapt, although not always easy.
I don't even want to think about our government's stance on Israel and Russia as well!

Cycle of life is on the move, time for decision making soon, as to happens next, never easy but must be done.

Our government now talk as if for all South Africans when they should label it ANC. I know of nobody who is happy with the road they leading us down currently!
