Si claro, publicar allí es muy sencillo, ingresa con tu nombre de usuario de Hive y la clave keychain, luego tienes que cargar las imágenes. Como indica la imagen
Una vez que cargas las imágenes podes comenzar a escribir en el cuerpo del post
ahora es momento de ingresar las etiquetas, escoger la comunidad donde deseas publicar, marcar los casilleros, y finalmente puede publicar.
Eso es todo, como puedes ver es muy sencillo. Espero haber sido de ayuda
