Sometimes these streets, I mean, this town, happens in vertical... Or I don't know, maybe I'm just hallucinating, or I tend to understand the moments of my environment in a certain way depending on what I observe... But the truth is that sometimes I see all this in vertical. And I'm not just referring to the format, or the orientation; I'm referring sometimes to things as peculiar as: “A scene starts at the top and ends at the bottom, or in reverse”... But I won't annoy you anymore with my explained entelechies, better continue please forward in this publication, and enjoy my black and white street photographs... 🙃

Algunas veces estas calles, este pueblo quiero decir, ocurre en verticales... O no sé, quizás sea yo que invento cosas, o suelo entender los instantes de mi entorno de una manera determinada según lo que observe... Pero lo cierto, es que algunas veces veo todo esto en vertical. Y no me refiero solo al formato, o a la orientación; me refiero algunas veces a cosas tan extrañas como que se me ocurra que: "Una escena comienza arriba y culmina abajo, o viceversa"... Pero no les atosigaré más con mis entelequias explicadas, mejor continúen por favor adelante en esta publicación, y disfruten de mis fotografías callejeras en blanco y negro... 🙃

The key is in those little titles, which, in the end, are my thoughts hanging shamelessly at the foot of my photos. They are those little imagined sounds that land in my mind when I trigger the shutter and then are confirmed when I process and edit sitting at my PC at 5:00 AM like today... Yes, these vertical looks of mine, I am often seduced by them and then I do this. And I enjoy it, and it's part of me, and in some way it keeps building and transforming me this photography thing. Even after two decades, I feel it novel, it seduces me.... This is good, it is a symbiosis, the photo makes me and I, at the same time, I make her... 😉

La clave está en esos pequeños títulos, los cuales, a la postre, son mis pensamientos colgando descaradamente en el pie de mis fotos. Son esas pequeños sonidos imaginados que aterrizan en mi mente cuando disparo el obturador y luego se confirman cuando proceso y edito sentado en mi PC a las 5:00 AM como hoy... Sí, estas miradas verticales mías, me seducen con frecuencia y entonces hago esto. Y lo disfruto, y es parte mía, y de alaguna manera me sigue construyendo y transformando esto de la fotografía. Incluso después de dos décadas, lo siento novel, me seduce... Esto es bueno, es una simbiosis, la foto me hace a mí y yo, al mismo tiempo, la hago a ella... 😉

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7}
