Hello monochromatic #Hive friends!... Welcome to a new edition of my monochromatic street photography series "Street Witness"... Today I selected to share with you very recent photos, all of them are from this month of February which is still not over yet. They are photos of scenes with people almost all of them in streets very close to my house, that which I call "my close neighbourhood" which I have always known and in which I can "photograph by pure instinct" because I can almost perceive in advance when something is going to happen...

¡Hola amigos monocromáticos de #Hive!... Bienvenidos a una nueva edición de mi serie de fotografías callejeras monocromáticas "Testigo Callejero"... Hoy seleccioné para compartir con ustedes fotos muy recientes, todas son de este mes de Febrero el cual aún no termina. Son fotos de escenas con personas casi todas en calles muy cercanas a mi casa, eso lo cual suelo llamar "mi vecindario cercano" el cual conozco desde siempre y en el cual puedo "fotografiar por instinto puro" pues casi puedo percibir con antelación cuando algo va a ocurrir...

These are relaxed photos, quite everyday and simple in their concept. It's about portraying my nearby streets with less drama than I usually do. So for this I select photos in which I am unnoticed and people are just being themselves without realising that I am taking pictures...

Estas son fotos amenas, bastante cotidianas y simples en su concepto. Se trata de retratar mis calles cercanas con menos drama de como lo hago habitualmente. Entonces para esto seleccione fotos en las que estoy pasando inadvertido y la gente simplemente están siendo ellos mismos sin percatarse de que estoy haciendo fotos...

Actually these types of photos are quite relaxed to take. I usually just use a zoom lens and keep a good distance from everything that's happening... It's also nice for me to sit in front of my PC and edit these photos with the intention of building a series and sharing it. It's a bit like walking the streets again when I'm editing each image and it also allows me to appreciate the human everydayness around me.

En realidad este tipos de fotos son bastantes relajadas para hacer. Me basta por lo general con usar un lente zoom y mantenerme atento y a buena distancia de todo cuanto ocurre... También es agradable para mi sentarme en frente de mi PC y editar estas fotografías con la intención de construir una serie y compartirla. Es un poco como volver a caminar por las calles cuando estoy editando cada imagen y también me permite valorar la cotidianidad humana en torno a mi.

Wow!... This is a very "street" post, but I think it is the first one I have made in several weeks where no dogs or cats appear... This is something incredible for me!... I can't believe it !... Do you know how difficult it is for me to go out into these streets and find spaces without dogs and/or cats?... My late father used to say: "In this town we have more dogs than people!"... So this photography series is an exception and I can assure you that I did it unintentionally and I'm noticing the absence of stray pets just as I am creating my post in #Hive...

Wow!... Este ha sido un post "muy de calle", pero creo que es el primero que hago en varias semanas en donde no aparecen perros o gatos... ¡Esto es algo increíble para mi!... ¡no puedo creerlo... ¿Saben cuan difícil es para mi salir a estas calles y encontrar espacios sin perros y/o gatos?... Mi difunto padre solía decir: "En este pueblo tenemos más perros que personas"... Entonces esta serie fotográfica es una excepción y os puedo asegurar que lo hice sin intención y me estoy percatando de la ausencia de mascotas callejeras justo mientras estoy creando mi publicación en #Hive...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.}

_{NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape 3.6.3.}
