Hello #Hive monochromatic friends!... February has been quite a fruitful month in terms of street photography. The streets in the mornings have been more crowded than usual. It seems to me that people try to do their shopping and other things during the morning, this with the intention of avoiding the very high solar radiation typical of these months of drought, clear skies and bright sunshine with little wind...

¡Hola amigos monocromáticos de #Hive!... Febrero ha sido un mes bastante fructífero en cuanto a fotografías callejeras se refiere. Las calles durante las mañanas han tenido la presencia de un mayor número de personas de lo habitual. Me parece que las personas procuran hacer sus compras y otras cosas durante la mañana, esto con la intención de evitar la altísima radiación solar típica de estos meses de sequía, cielos limpios y sol radiante con poco viento...

There is a lot of light on the streets these days, that's why the light contrast in these photos is much higher than I am used to in my photographic works, it is certainly a bit more difficult for me to edit these images when these are captured in high light conditions. But at the same time this allows for an interesting visual impact. I find that a good recipe has been to use the levels adjustment more often and more accurately than I usually do. I do this after converting the RAW photo to JPG and so far it has worked for me.

Hay mucha luz por estos días en las calle, es debido a eso que el contraste lumínico en estas fotos es bastante más alto de lo acostumbrado en mis trabajos fotográficos.Ciertamente es un poco más difícil para mi, editar estas imágenes cuando son capturadas en condiciones de luz alta. Pero al mismo tiempo esto permite general un impacto visual interesante. Me parece una buena receta ha sido usar el ajuste de niveles con mayor frecuencia y precisión de que suelo hacer. Esto lo hago después de convertir la foto RAW a JPG y hasta el momento me ha resultado.

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.

NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape 3.6.3.
