My most recent archives are reverberating with street photography very suitable for B&W processing, so this selection of images which I share with you today in #Hive are very recent. In fact, all these photos were taken in this month of April which is not over yet... I invite you to continue ahead in this publication and enjoy a new visual exploration of the streets of my town Montalbán (Venezuela) through the lens of my camera...

📷 05- Main Square after the downpour... / La Plaza Central después del aguacero...

T06.jpg
📷 06- 7:00 AM at the corner of the pork crackling sale... / 7:00 AM en la esquina de la chicharronera...

Among the good things about going through my archives, one of them is to notice the mutations in the town's streets... This is a place which changes to the rhythm of the days of the week, to the rhythm of the weather, to the rhythm of an event as simple as the arrival of a new ambulance or the opening of a small food store... I, over the years, have learned to read the changes in the streets of this town and to take advantage of them to record everything that happens here...

T07.jpg
📷 07- The bitter reality of a rabbit in a backyard...

T08.jpg
📷 08- Grandmother and granddaughter peeking into a garage... / Abuela y nieta asomadas en un garaje...

T09.jpg
📷 09- Antonio's garbage, the TV repair guy...

T10.jpg
📷 10- And Isabel's garbage, the woman who has 11 cats....

Everything in these streets has the potential to tell me something. So I resolve to take a photograph of things that other people pass by unnoticed. It is enough that my thoughts of the day, my mood, my way of feeling, I would say, are in sync with particular scenes in the streets. Then, it seems to me, is when “the picture happens”, I shoot.... Then I understand “it” happening there...
