Montalbán, where I live, is a town where fog rolls in almost every morning. And you, perhaps you already know this from my photos, I am a kind of “fog chaser,” and when I do this, I try to enjoy it as much as possible, taking photographs, observing, and immersing myself in it. When I am faced with landscapes, I try to understand the nature, poetry, and magic that exist in them... And in search of all this that I have just written, I ended up wandering through the fields near the village just after sunrise today... I climbed some hills and tried to rise above the fog that enveloped the valley. And from above, I appreciated the landscape where the rural, the human, and nature merge together, giving me scenes that I consider beautiful...

Montalbán, el lugar en donde vivo; es un pueblo de nieblas casi diarias durante las mañanas. Y ustedes, y quizás esto ya lo sabrán gracias a mis fotos; soy una especie de "perseguidor de nieblas" y cuando hago esto procuro disfrutarlo lo más posible, y hacer fotografías, y observar y sumergirme, y cuando son paisajes lo que tengo en frente; entonces procuro entender la naturaleza, la poesía y la magia que existen en ello... Y buscando todo esto que acabo de escribir, fue como hoy terminé deambulando por los campos cercanos al pueblo justo después de la hora del amanecer... Subí algunas colinas y procuré sobrepasar un poco la cota de la neblina que abrazaba el valle. Y desde lo alto, apreciar el paisaje en donde lo rural, lo humano y la naturaleza se funden entre si, regalándome escenarios los cuales considero hermosos...

This is a valley surrounded by mountains, which correspond to the central part of the Venezuelan coastal mountain range, so when you find a small hill in the middle of the valley, you can see the mountain ranges in almost every direction... Here I can find a lot of things to take pictures... Farmlands, old properties with colonial houses, groves of trees that line the trails and create fantastic images backlit by the sunrise, some smaller forests, even partially cleared and prepared farmland... All of this adds up and constitutes a visual set worthy of being appreciated from the perspective of the hills and these are the photos I am sharing with you today on #Hive...

Este es un valle rodeado de montañas, las cuales corresponden a la parte central de la cordillera de la costea de Venezuela, así que cuando uno encuentra alguna pequeña colina en medio del valle, se pueden observar las filas montañosas en casi todas direcciones... Aquí puedo encontrar un montón de cosas para hacer fotos... Tierras de cultivos, antiguas propiedades con casas coloniales, arboledas que bordean los senderos y crean imágenes fantásticas contraluz del sol del amanecer, algunos bosque menores, incluso terrenos de cultivo parciamente desmontados y preparados... Todo esto se suma y constituye un conjunto visual digno de apreciarse desde la perspectiva de las colinas y estas son las fotos que estoy compartiendo con ustedes hoy en #Hive...
