It's almost the end of June and frankly I'm amazed that half of 2026 has already passed. I guess the older I get, the faster the years feel like they are passing by... I've always been very aware of the “relativity of time” and I keep having the feeling that in my childhood and youth the years seemed to pass slower. But this is something that I suppose happens to many people. However, it also seems to me that in the streets of my town time seems to behave in a more capricious way than usual. For example, May seemed to me a very long month whose days ran very slowly, and on the contrary June has given me the sensation of having passed in a jiffy...

Estamos ya casi por finalizar Junio y francamente me asombra el hecho de que ya halla transcurrido la mitad del 2026. Supongo que a medida que me voy haciendo más viejo, los años se sienten pasar más rápido... Siempre he tenido muy presente eso de la "relatividad del tiempo" y no dejo de tener la sensación de que en mi niñez y juventud los años parecían pasar más lento. Pero esto es algo lo cual supongo le sucede a muchos. Sin embargo, me parece que también que en las calles de mi pueblo el tiempo parece comportarse de manera más caprichosa de lo acostumbrado. Por ejemplo, Mayo me pareció un mes muy largo cuyos días corrieron de manera muy lenta, y por el contrario Junio me ha generado la sensación de haber pasado en un santiamén...

Yes, these are all photographs from this June. Some of these are part of photographic sequences and others had been left behind in my routine revisions of my archives and when doing this recount I have found them visually delightful. Reason why I dedicated some time to process and edit them to share it with you here in #Hive.
