Sometimes, during my street walks, I understand and conclude that "this is a random town," as if it happened in layers with no understandable order, no possible predictions... Although this is not always the case, only "sometimes"... And the town happens differently when I look down than when I look at eye level; it can even mutate if I look up... Yes, it's strange, or perhaps they are just "inventions of street photographers", those strange types who imagine things, who listen to fables, who even find elves on corners and talk to dogs and cats... Yes, it may be just that. But, whatever it is, here are my photos for you in #Hive... And as always, from my streets; my stories portrayed...

Algunas veces, durante mis caminatas callejeras, entiendo y concluyo que "este es un pueblo aleatorio" como si este ocurriese en capas sin orden entendible, sin posibles predicciones... Aunque no siempre es así, solo "algunas veces"... Y el pueblo va ocurriendo de manera distinta cuando miro a abajo que cuando miro al ras de ojos; incluso puede mutar si miro arriba... Sí, es extraño, o quizás solo son "cosas inventadas de fotógrafos callejeros", esos tipos raros que se imaginan cosas, que escuchan fábulas, que encuentran hasta duendes en las esquinas y hablan con perros y gatos... Sí, puede que sea solo eso. Pero, sea como sea, aquí están mis fotos para ustedes en #Hive... Y como siempre, desde mis calles; mis historias retratadas...

Sharpening one's gaze, or rather one's perception, in the streets of a town like this is sometimes like opening a Pandora's box filled with images that possess their own power, their own good and bad, their own lights and shadows, their unquestionable and undeniable vicissitudes... This is the town, a reflection of its own emotional, social, economic, and even historical background... It's well worth waking up almost every day to try to steal all this and fit it into a camera, then bring it out and share it; and let it remain there, hanging in some space, like images that bear witness to themselves...

Aguzar la mirada, la percepción mejor dicho, en las calles de un pueblo como este, es algunas veces como abrir una "caja de pandora" repleta de imágenes con fuerza propia, con bienes y males propios, con sus claroscuros, sus avatares incuestionables e inocultables... Así es el pueblo, un reflejo de su propio trasfondo emocional, social, económico e incluso histórico... Bien vale la pena despertarse casi a diario a intentar robar todo esto y meterlo dentro de una cámara, para luego hacerlo emerger y compartirlo; y que quede allí, colgando en algún espacio, como imágenes testigos de si mismas...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7}
