:⁠-⁠) I tu kuchyňku je třeba otestovat, jak se chová např. při nouzovém přistání, aby se neutrhla či nevysypala a nepohřbila pasažéry v interiéru letounu.

Je to neskutečná sestava táhel a kovových spojek ze všech těch šuplíků a přihrádek. Všechno to vede do jednoho místa, ze kterého se zatáhne definovanou silou hydraulickým válcem. Měří se různé síly působící na konstrukci kuchyňky a taky posuvy jednotlivých stěn pomocí laserových snímačů. Dále se pak simulují síly při nouzovém přistání apod.
