I went to the upazilla a few days ago. It was the month of victory day in Banglafesh. This building in the Upazilla complex area was decorated for some occasions and the building was looking beautiful in colourful lights. I also got beautiful reflections of the building on the pond water. The pond is located in front of the buidling.
