It’s been awesome finding photos in my iPhone10 camera roll from the last couple of Augusts that has brought me some encouraging and motivational outlook to the next phase, post accident.

Tiffany and I are one day away from our first HIIT session in three months.

Three months to the day, since the impact of getting rear ended on Interstate 4 and as slow motion during that moment was, it felt just as lengthy, going through the rehabilitation.

Maybe not in terms of time, but both the accident and not being able to run or workout felt treacherously long.

The photo I uploaded for this post was one of those moments where Tiffa and I had a pleasant walking activity in Lake Eola Park in 2021.

Those moments mean a lot when you are mentally and physically running on all cylinders.
The eye of the tiger is about to return.

Thank You @lhes

I never left HIVE. Haven't missed a day in months and kept me sane, but yes, getting back to my workouts after 3 LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG months is a blessing.
