Just Finish

Tiffany and I woke up this morning and had a busy day ahead. It started with a 7:30am 90 minute high intensity interval training session under the orange lights, a nice breakfast where I had some Protein Pancakes and Protein Smoothie, stops at Aldi's and Super Walmart, home to unload the groceries, take showers and back out to run a 5K at the RUN NONA H20.

To say that we are a bit beat up at the very minute is an understatement, but we have the next workout scheduled for tomorrow Sunday Funday morning at 9:15am.

We are in the middle of the latest ORANGETHEORY FITNESS seven-day fitness challenge and today was the first day of seven.

What was cool about today's event is that our home studio OTF NONA NORTH had a station set up to represent the studio and of course work on getting new members on board. Also a few of the coaches and staff were also running the 5K. Sister studio OTF NONA SOUTH was also represented at the tent and runners as well.

The first photo uploaded was Tiffa and I sporting our latest medals, a close up picture of the medal and then photos before the run as we also had the pleasure to take pictures with the wonderful coaches, members and staff of our wonderful OTF community.
