Jiffy and OTF Coach #206

An amazing workout under the orange lights for Tiffany and me 206th ORANGETHEORY FITNESS COACH, that we have worked out for as a couple.

The high intensity interval training session for today had a nice mix with an emphasis on shorter time frames at each station allowing us to get our hear rate to that splat burn we strive for.

Coach Mylee is very young, but she is a natural teacher, has a lot of energy, fun and definitely knows what she's doing. It helps that she was a member for four years before she was old enough to get her coaching certificate and now she's attending college and coaches at OTF during the weekend.

The workout was at yet another fitness studio that we don't frequent much, because of the location and although it's not too far from us, that direction is not a frequent stop for us.

Fun Fact: Tiffany and I worked in the area for a bunch of years.

So once again, Team Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community got to add another awesome coach to our growing list of OTF coaches.

We will rest tomorrow and get ready for 8 straight days of workouts. It's for the annual Hell Week challenge and perhaps the entire worldwide membership's favorite signature workout series.
