Jiffy and Coach Breno

Today’s after the workout selfie was with Coach Breno.

Breno is one of our favorite coaches of all time and equally people we love, because he’s as decent of a human beings anyone would encounter.

Breno left Orangetheory fitness a while back, but we would run into him from time time.

The last time we ran into Breno, was at after a running event in Lake Eola Park.

When we found out he was back coaching at OTF during our time off recovering, there was no way we were not going to workout out for him when we got back to our HIIT routine.

He’s coaching for corporate now, so he was at Orangetheory Fitness Colonial.

OTF Colonial was one of the first Orangetheory studios in Central Florida if not the first.

It was also our first back to back days sessions, since coming back to working out this past Monday.

I was a bit winded and whatever pain was more than tolerable. I did run the last all out at ten miles per hour for the second day in a row.

I managed my dumbbell choices wisely and my rowing at a reasonable wattage.
