This past weekend, on a Cheat Day Saturday revisited, my wife, my stepsons and I went to a place called RUSTICA'S CHICKEN and it's a Peruvian restaurant Tiffa and I had gone to a while back.

I was a bit disappointed, because the last time we were there and the sole reason why I wanted to go back this weekend was to have their Rotisserie Chicken. Unfortunately, they upscaled their menu and I had to pivot to another dish.

Don't get me wrong, we all had a great lunch and we all were very happy with our choices. Their food is delicious despite they making the changes.

I believe based on their marketing it seems like they want to target more than just the Hispanic community which is a tricky thing since it's located in a very heavy Latin populated area. With that said, there is a lot of growth here in Kissimmee and you can tell the gentrification push is happening and it's happening fast. I love it, because it brings the property value UP!

The photo I uploaded for this post is the dessert that we enjoyed VERY MUCH. We shared it, since it would have been gluttonest to have eaten the whole thing alone.

Their Helado frito de Lucuma (Fried Ice Cream) was delish!

I think they first made that chicken so that they can have potential customers or lure people to buy from them

They just trying to be fancy lol @rafzat - all I wanted was my chicken the heck with fancy. Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken is so darn good. They should never mess with perfection, but alas money talks - always...!CTP
