Activity Walk: St Cloud Lakefront Park

The weather my be gloomy, but my wife Tiffany and I stuck to our routine and had our Sunday Funday Acitivity Walk after consecutive high intensity interval training sessions that included yesterday's awesome Saturday workout where we celebrated our home fitness studio's seventh year anniversary.

Tiffany and I wanted to re-introduce the activity walks when we were all in on going reset mode in 2023. The HIIT workouts were still happening, but we wanted to get back to more high protein, healthy oils, etc. and include other activities to allow our body to have one rest day a week along with one day of less intensive activities for minimal impact to our bodies.

One of the undeniable things about Florida it's that it has plenty of places to get some awesome fresh air, take in beautiful and nature forward scenery and trails to get some great walks in. Here in Central Florida in particular we have tons of spots to hit and today Tiffa introduced me to a section in St. Cloud that I had never seen.

Tiffany has been living in Kissimmee a lot longer than I have and when I met her, I was living in Seminole County; which is about an hour from where we live and St. Cloud is actually less than half hour from us.

ST. CLOUD LAKEFRONT PARK has everything from a small beach, biking, walking and running trails. some old houses with some charm to them mixed in with some modern homes and some just plain old as fuck and ugly houses - lol...

It's off East Lake Tohopekaliga, which also, have basic park areas for families to bring their kids and pavilions to set up small little parties.

All in all, not having our usual blast of sunshine didn't lessen the beauty, but it provided a different view under the cloudy skies. Definitely looking forward to going back when the sun is out in full force.
