Jiffy and OTF Coach #221

My wife and I had gone a bit without adding a new OTF Coach to our list of coaches we have worked out for as a couple. The last one was Catch A Coach #220, Coach Shannon in West Palm Beach back in March.

This morning, Tiffa and I drove out to the Orlando - Waterford Park location to workout for our 221st ORANGETHEORY FITNESS Coach.

Kenzie is another young Coach that has great potential to keep the brand vitalized.

The area of Waterford Lakes is also one of our favorite areas is it's a pretty much a quick enough drive that we get there in about 30 minutes.

Today's workout was awesome and I got in a third session under that orange lights where I've burned 700 to 800 plus calories and 12 to 12 plus splats in consecutive days. The reason that I'm stoked about that is because I'm at the tail end of a bad cold that has lasted about two weeks. Tiffa and my step children got it before me and it eventually hit me too.

Tomorrow, we are going to drive out further to OTF APOPKA where we not only will be working out for our 222nd OTF Coach, but also breaking in one of Central Florida's newest Orangetheory Fitness studios. There are a plethora of them out here, but they still squeeze in more.

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community are proud to have received another warm welcome and although we've been to the Waterford location a handful of times, they had a brag board waiting for us to make sure we also took a picture for their social media addition. Although it seems like it says we have worked out for 221 coaches at OTF Waterford lol.
