Shots Taken This Day.

Hello to all hivers everywhere in this world. How is your day? I hope it was good because it's about to end again. Today I looked for something to take pictures of because it's been a long time since I took some. I don't have an ideal place that's why I just looked around here. So I took my cellphone and walked within our yard.

The first thing that caught my attention during my walk was a creature called by the name Suso or snail or in Ilocano "biruruko". I stopped for a second because it was eating the leaves of my grandmother's plant. I looked at it closely but it didn't seem to care about me and continued to eat. I was hurt because I was ignored char.

Actually this creature will continue to do what it is doing but if you touch it, it will surely be startled and it will hide in its shell. I'm not a bad person so I just let him eat. I don't want to bother him eating the leaves, for sure grandma will forgive him so let it be. As I stared at it, I couldn't stop being amazed by this creature. It's very small but for sure it can eat all the leaves of grandma's plant. Good luck to him, I hope grandma doesn't see him.

The next thing that caught my attention was a creature again while I was looking at our orchids. I thought it was a spider and I wasn't wrong about it but it had a strange appearance. Its body is smaller than its head. I was amazed because the ones I usually see are spiders whose body is bigger than their head. I hesitated to take a picture of it because I thought it would hide but it didn't even move from its place. This in turn of event brought a smile to my face because I was finally able to capture it properly.

Anyway, I only took one photo of it because I was still afraid that it might hide and the photo would be ruined.

After I took the photo, I continued to inspect the orchids because I noticed that they had flowers that had not yet bloomed. I stepped on a chair because they were high up in our horseradish plant. I was very careful because I didn't want to fall just because of this.

First, I took a photo of the entire part of the orchids that have not yet bloomed, you can see in the photo below. The name of this orchid is Tiger orchid because it has colors similar to a tiger. I can't show its actual color when it blooms but you can see the tiger-like color in the second photo I took below.

It really gives off a different beauty even though it hasn't bloomed yet so I can't stop myself being amazed again.

After that I noticed the bright colors of the flowers on grandma's plant. Since I had my cellphone in my hand, I didn't let the opportunity to take a picture of them.

First I shot the flower that is called by the name Kalachuchi. It has a red color when the sun shines. There are many varieties of this plant and grandma also has a white one like this, but I didn't take a picture because it doesn't have a flower yet.

Next I took a picture of the flower of the plant that grandma calls by the name of Ginseng. Its flowers are small, that's why it was a challenge for me to as I took a photo of it. It bears fruit after its flowers drop like the ones in the picture below.

As I was about to finish taking pictures of the flowers, my cousin called me because she saw a strange insect perched on the leaves near the horseradish tree. I, on the other hand, quickly went and looked at what this creature was. The first time I looked at it, I was immediately amazed because it was really unique and I had never seen it before in my life. Maybe they're just around and I'm just not lucky enough to see them.

I stared at it for a long time before taking a photo because I was really amazed by its characteristics especially the mark on it's back. While I was taking a picture from a different angle, I noticed that it looked like a bird. You can see in the picture below. I hope I can see more of them here. Also I gotta search for it's name so wish me luck.

That concludes my adventure taking pictures within our surrounding this day.

Taking pictures with the nature as my subject is my way to be connected to it. I bet you too.
That's for sure and it will take awhile again for it to show itself from it's shell once it hides.

I'm sure you can capture like that also. What I just find hard is that sometimes it's really difficult to focus on those small subjects.

You just need to keep your hands still then find the perfect angle and click that button. You can do it friend.😊

Love your clicks Jher! That's great. We don't have to kill them. We have to understand them and learn to co-exist.
