La rutina de los negocios no siempre es glamorosa, pero es real. Hoy arrancamos temprano con una visita al edificio Zuba 12, en el kilómetro 8 de Ciudad del Este. El objetivo: mostrar departamentos a nuevos clientes interesados en comprar.

El movimiento ya era intenso desde temprano. El sol pegaba fuerte, pero desde la terraza del edificio la vista compensaba todo.

Recorrimos la azotea, los departamentos, el ascensor. Cada rincón tiene su historia cuando estás mostrando algo que construiste o que creés que puede cambiar la vida de alguien.

The daily grind isn't always glamorous, but it's real. We started early today with a visit to the Zuba 12 building, kilometer 8 in Ciudad del Este. The goal: show apartments to new potential buyers.

The buzz was already intense from early on. The sun was hitting hard, but from the building's rooftop terrace the view made everything worth it.

We toured the rooftop, the apartments, the elevator. Every corner has its story when you're showing something you built or something you believe can change someone's life.

Después de las negociaciones, vinieron las buenas noticias: una visita que no esperábamos. Mario Hayek nos dejó excelentes enseñanzas y su experiencia. Nos contó cómo observa a los emprendedores de Latinoamérica, cuáles son sus puntos fuertes y en qué trabajar.

Ahí nos vimos claramente identificados. Los pasos para mejorar en nuestros negocios y transformar nuestra mentalidad: de emprendedores a empresarios.

After the negotiations came unexpected news: a visit we didn't anticipate. Mario Hayek shared his experience and great insights with us. He told us how he sees Latin American entrepreneurs, their strengths and what to work on.

We clearly identified ourselves in that. The steps to improve our businesses and shift our mindset: from entrepreneurs to business owners.

It's been a rich day full of learning.
