EL desayuno, después de mucho tiempo. || Breakfast, after a long time.
Hace tiempo que nos debíamos una juntada, en este caso ha sido un desayuno después de Gym.
It's been a while since we had a meeting, in this case it was a breakfast after Gym.
Ayer, en la oficina alguien preguntó: ¿Cuánto hace que no nos juntamos a compartir un desayuno? a lo que alguien mas respondió: MAÑANA por la mañana. y así se creó el evento en segundos.
Yesterday, in the office someone asked: How long has it been since we got together to share breakfast? to which someone else responded: TOMORROW morning. and thus the event was created in seconds.
Después de la rutina del gimnasio desde las 07:30, terminamos y a las 09:00 nos encontramos en: "El cafecito", para disfrutar de un excelente desayuno (que generalmente se transforma en networking).
After the gym routine from 07:30, we finish and at 09:00 we meet at: "El cafecito", to enjoy an excellent breakfast (which usually turns into networking).
En "El cafecito" se sirven delicias que son comunes segun la tradición paraguaya, pero no es usual que en los restaurantes te sirvan estos tipos de platos. En mi caso desayuné un moccacino con Mbejú con pollo katupiry ¿Que es eso?, Mbejú es una masa que generalmente se hace de almidón sal, un poquito de queso paraguay y manteca. El katupiry es queso "requeijão" (Queso cremoso tradicional de Brasil) y este se mezcla con pollo desmenuzado y en brasil de lo llama: "Frango con katupiry", realmente delicioso.
In "El cafecito" they serve delicacies that are common according to Paraguayan tradition, but it is not usual for restaurants to serve these types of dishes. In my case I had a moccacino for breakfast with Mbejú with katupiry chicken. What is that? Mbejú is a dough that is generally made of starch, salt, a little Paraguayan cheese and butter. Katupiry is "requeijão" cheese (traditional Brazilian cream cheese) and this is mixed with shredded chicken and in Brazil it is called: "Frango with katupiry", really delicious.
