Retomando a la piscina, (Necesitaba) || Returning to the pool, (I needed)
Después de un poco mas de un mes que no continuaba con mi rutina de natación.
After a little over a month that I did not continue with my swimming routine.
Hace casi un mes que he comenzado junto a @egonz a ejercitar en el gimnasio, lo estamos haciendo bien, el entrenamiento vez tras vez se hace un poco mas pesado (Por motivos del entrenador). Desde hace unos días que estaba con muchas ganas de volver a nadar.
It's been almost a month since I started working out at the gym with @egonz, we are doing well, the training gets a little heavier every time (due to the trainer's reasons). For a few days now I was really looking forward to swimming again.
Conversando con amigos hace una semana uno de ellos dice: "¿Para que vas a nadar si ya vas al Gym?", pero nadar no se trata solo de realizar el ejercicio en si, para mi nadar es mas que ejercicio, cuando estoy en el agua tengo una sensación que allí puedo hacer lo que se me de la ganas y cualquier desafío que se presente es cuestión de superarme a mi mismo. Diferente a otras actividades, (Según mi criterio).
Talking with friends a week ago, one of them said: "Why are you going to swim if you're already going to the gym?", but swimming is not just about doing the exercise itself, for me swimming is more than exercise , when I am in the water I have a feeling that I can do whatever I want there and any challenge that arises is a matter of overcoming myself. Different from other activities, (According to my criteria).
