I am glad you were able to participate, but it sucks to hear that you got injured. It's rough as we aren't as fit as when we were young. Ah, time flies and we can only miss those times.

Honestly we are not as fit as in our younger days and on days like this you get to miss your old energetic self but thats life and its stages.
