❤️ Seven Years of Gratitude | Aniversario de Novios ❤️

Gratitude... It is the only thing I can feel every day of my life, especially today, May 27th, the day I celebrate 7 years since this beautiful woman accepted me as a partner, as her boyfriend. And there is a special feature in this opportunity, and is that we are only a couple of days away from our marriage, we almost made it the same day of our anniversary, but I'm still glad it's this week, because year after year we do not celebrate our anniversary of courtship, but we celebrate our anniversary week ❤️

Gratitud... Es lo único que puedo sentir cada día de mi vida, especialmente hoy, 27 de Mayo día en que celebro 7 años desde que esta hermosa mujer me aceptó como pareja, como su novio. Y hay una característica especial en esta oportunidad, y es que estamos a solo un par de días de nuestro matrimonio, casi logramos que fuera el mismo día de nuestro aniversario, pero igual me alegra que sea esta semana, porque año tras año no celebramos nuestro aniversario de noviazgo, sino que celebramos nuestra semana aniversario ❤️

Why do we celebrate the whole week? Well, the answer is easy... That year that we became sweethearts, 2017, a series of happy events happened that changed our lives in the blink of an eye, and boy did we come from a pretty dark streak as Venezuelans that suddenly vanished with the strength of our love. That 27th we became sweethearts without saying a single word, we just knew and every day of that week we achieved something worth celebrating, among them the acceptance of our family, my letter of being accepted in my choral group and other little things that we always celebrate and thank, and everything ends on the seventh day from today, which is my birthday.

¿Por qué celebramos la semana completa?. Pues es fácil la respuesta... Ese año que nos hicimos novios, el 2017, ocurrieron una serie de acontecimientos felices que nos cambiaron la vida en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, y vaya que veníamos de una racha bastante oscura como venezolanos que de pronto se desvaneció con la fuerza de nuestro amor. Ese 27 nos hicimos novios sin decir una sola palabra, solo lo supimos y todos los días de esa semana logramos algo que vale la pena celebrar, entre ellos la aceptación de nuestra familia, mi carta de haber sido aceptado en mi agrupación coral y otras cositas que siempre celébranos y agradecemos, y todo termina el día siete a partir de hoy, que es mi cumpleaños.

We are very excited to add one more celebration to our anniversary week, everything was coldly calculated by me 😅 It will not be a big celebration our civil wedding, I have decided that it will be as humble as possible, there is a lot of work pending and what we have to save for the day to day, but it's been almost three years of engagement and adversity has delayed our wedding, adversity and my insistence that it coincides with this date, I can't let another year go by waiting for the wedding to coincide with the 27th 😁 but the only thing I feel is GRATITUDE.

Estamos muy emocionados de sumar una celebración más a nuestra semana aniversario, todo fue fríamente calculado por mí 😅 No será una gran celebración nuestra boda por civil, he decidido que será lo más humilde posible, es mucho el trabajo que hay pendiente y lo que nos tenemos que ahorrar para e día a día, pero ya son casi tres años de compromiso y la adversidad ha atrasado nuestra boda, la adversidad y mi insistencia de que coincida con esta fecha, no puedo dejar pasar un año más por estar esperando que la boda coincida con el día 27 😁 pero lo único que siento es es GRATITUD.

I am grateful to God and to life itself, because even though I have lived through very difficult times, I have discovered that true love has always been there. This woman saved my life with her simple presence seven years ago, when with her love she made me see life in color again, and last year, when everything went black again, she was always there, being the light that illuminated the path to sanity, to healing. I have always said that our love is the most solid in the world, we have been dating for 7 years, but we were roomies and good friends for 4 years before we were a couple. I knew what she was looking for in a man, and she knew what I was looking for in a woman.

Estoy agradecido con Dios y con la misma vida, porque así como he vivido tiempos muy difíciles, he descubierto que el verdadero amor siempre ha estado ahí. Esta mujer me salvó la vida con su simple presencia hace siete años, cuando con su amor me hizo volver a ver la vida a color, y el año pasado, cuando todo volvió a ponerse negro, ella siempre estuvo ahí, siendo la luz que alumbrara el camino hacia la cordura, hacia la sanación. Siempre he dicho que nuestro amor es el más sólido del mundo, son 7 años de noviazgo, pero ya éramos roomies y buenos amigos desde 4 años antes de ser pareja. Yo sabía lo que ella buscaba en un hombre, y ella sabía lo que yo buscaba en una mujer.

We are not the same, it has always scared me how different our personalities are, but I can assure you that when we come together we have created a single being, and I'm not talking about children, I'm talking about that feeling that we are really one, and united we are very strong. It has been seven years thanking Jhoxiris daily for his existence in my life and for all the love he gives to this crazy man. I don't think my life will be enough to thank him for everything I feel, but I try to make him feel it with my daily actions.

No somos iguales, siempre me ha asustado lo distinto de nuestras personalidades, pero puedo asegurar que cuando nos juntamos hemos creado a un solo ser, y no hablo de hijos, hablo de ese sentimiento de que realmente somos uno solo, y unidos somos muy fuertes. Son siete años agradeciendo a Jhoxiris a diario por su existencia en mi vida y por todo el amor que le da a este loco. Creo que no me alcanzará la vida para agradecerle todo lo que siento, pero trato de que lo sienta con mis acciones diarias.
