I'm really glad you read these lines, and more importantly, I'm glad to know that you also practice it. It is not about always thinking that we will die, but to live passionately and not to be carried away by low thoughts. It is difficult, but not impossible, it seems that I am going to fall into it every second, but I have learned to fight it with a lot of optimism and I can already see some results.
