Playuela Cay, Morrocoy National Park, Venezuela
Happy start to the week for all Hive travelers! Today I want to share a very special post with you. A few days ago, I discovered a true tropical paradise located in Morrocoy National Park in Venezuela, an area full of beautiful islands known as cays, with crystal clear waters and white sands. These photographs are specifically of Playuela Cay, a perfect place to relax located about 15 minutes by boat from the coast of Tucacas, Falcón State, with calm waters and lots of rocks near the shore where you can snorkel and marvel at the local wildlife.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una publicación muy especial, y es que hace unos días conocí un verdadero paraíso tropical ubicado en el Parque Nacional Morrocoy en Venezuela, una zona llena de hermosas islas que conocemos como cayos, con aguas cristalinas y arenas claras. Estas fotografías son específicamente del Cayo Playuela, un lugar perfecto para descansar ubicado a unos 15 minutos en lancha de la costa de Tucacas, Estado Falcón, con aguas tranquilas y llena de rocas cercanas a la orilla donde se puede hacer snorkel y dejarse maravillar por la fauna del lugar.
From the moment I stepped off the boat, I knew I was in a special place. There is something unique about this cay: private yachts cannot dock here due to the underwater rocks, which makes the experience truly sublime, as many yachts tend to play loud music that disturbs the peace of the place. so here you could literally only hear the breeze rustling through the palm trees and the laughter of children swimming happily at the shore, in addition to the breathtaking views that you can see in these photographs.
Desde que me bajé del bote supe que estaba en presencia de un lugar especial. Hay una peculiaridad en este cayo, y es que no se pueden estacionar yates privados debido a las mismas rocas que se encuentran bajo el agua, lo que hace que la experiencia sea muy sublime, ya que muchos acostumbran a tener música alta que rompen con la paz del lugar, así que literalmente aquí solo se oía la brisa que abrazaba a las palmeras y el reír de los niños que nadaban felices en la orilla, además de las impresionantes vistas que pueden apreciar en estas fotografías.
I had never been to the keys in my entire life, and in fact I had never even been to Morrocoy National Park. It's something that came into my life thanks to my wife and friends. I'm used to visiting beaches with strong waves, and in fact I think I was a little afraid of traveling by boat, but boy, is that adrenaline rush worth it, because the small islands offer almost indescribable happiness. Although there are merchants on the islands, it's always good to be prepared and go with a lot of planning regarding cash, food, and drinks. In fact, there was almost no cell phone signal in this place, which made me disconnect from reality almost all day.
En toda mi vida no había conocido los cayos, y de hecho nunca me había acercado al Parque Nacional Morrocoy, es algo que ha llegado a mi vida gracias a mi esposa y mis amigos. Estoy acostumbrado a visitar playas con oleajes fuertes, y de hecho creo que temía un poco el viajar en botes, pero vaya que vale la pena esa adrenalina, porque las pequeñas islas ofrecen una felicidad casi indescriptible. Aunque hay comerciantes en ellas, siempre es bueno tener algo de prevención e irse con mucha planificación respecto a efectivo, comida y bebidas, de hecho en este lugar no tenía casi señal telefónica, lo que me hizo desconectarme de la realidad casi todo el día.
In short, there are too many reasons to return to Playuela Cay. The adventure of getting there by boat, its landscapes, the real disconnect from routine, and the opportunity to see the local wildlife. There are many cays in the area, and I only know a couple, but this one stands out for its peacefulness, so I recommend it to everyone reading this post. Que hermosa experiencia, con una playa soñada que me encantaría conocee3, pero estoy muy lejos, tendría que cruzar el mar y kilómetros de carretera para poder llegar, pero no pierdo la fe.
Imagino ese lugar si pudiesen llegar los yates privados, viviría full ese lugar, llenos de gente queriendo, como yo conocer ese lugar paradisíaco.
Las rocas en la oa es loas que llamó mi atención. El puente me hizo recordar el la restinga, en la isla de margarita. Gra8 por hacernos llegar esta hermosa experiencia.

Beautiful, that place is a spectacle of nature. I haven't been to the keys in many years, but I have very fond memories of them. Fortunately, I saw a few of them on my last visit, and it's like a dream come true. The landscape of Playuela Cay looks great. I love the part that private yacht cannot dock in the place because it is true that they create loud noise. Loud noise is equivalent to unrelaxing stay. The landscape is relaxing but the whole beauty of the area is the rest we all need. That cay is sublime. Worthy to be visited.

I don't blame people who have yachts and want to have a party, but it's a different vibe from what many of us have on the beach, especially when we go to a small island far from the coast. Many cays here have lots of yachts, but the rocks make it a natural impediment for them, and I liked that, ha ha ha. This is a place I'll be coming back to. Thanks for stopping by and commenting...

Es tan hermoso ese azul del cielo y el mar, que desde aquí se puede percibir que es un lugar tranquilo, quieto, lleno de una paz inigualable. He oído mucho del parque nacional Morrocoy, pero no conocía este lugar tan hermoso.

Creo que cualquier zona en Morrocoy sería perfecto para ello, pero cayos como este, donde ni siquiera pueden pararse los yates con su música a todo volumen sería el escenario perfecto para lograrlo. Ojalá lo puedas conocer, para mí es nuevo también, este a penas es el segundo cayo que conozco en menos de un año ❤️
