A Walk on the Beach!

This has definitely been my favorite walk since I started writing in this community. I went with some friends to spend my last vacation day of the vacation season at the beach, practically between all of us we settled in a very comfortable place and spent the time between the sand and the sea. But I could not be satisfied with this alone, I needed to make a tour along the shore and with the risk of getting my cell phone wet we were taking pictures of the walk...

Definitivamente este ha sido mi paseo favorito desde que inicie a escribir en esta comunidad. Fui con unos amigos a pasar mi último día de vacaciones de la temporada decembrina en la playa, prácticamente entre todos nos instalamos en un sitio muy cómodo y pasábamos el rato entre la arena y el mar. Pero yo no me podía conformar solo con esto, necesitaba hacer un recorrido por lo largo de la orilla y con el riesgo de mojar mi celular fuimos tomando fotografías del paseo...

I needed to get away from the group for a moment and enjoy the coastal air blowing in our faces, it was very breezy and the beautiful blue sky that had been there all morning changed in the afternoon, the clouds turned light gray and the sea looked a little darker, but it was still a magical landscape. As the waves grew in the strong breeze, the palm trees swayed back and forth. We simply enjoyed the sensation of the water lapping at our feet and sinking into the sand.

Necesitaba apartarme un momento del grupo y disfrutar del aire de la costa soplando en nuestros rostros, había mucha brisa y el hermoso cielo azul que hubo toda la mañana cambió al llegar la tarde, las nubes se tornaron color gris claro y el mar se veía un poco más oscuro, pero igual era un paisaje mágico. Mientras las olas crecían por la fuerte brisa, las palmeras se tambaleaban de un lado a otro. Nosotros simplemente disfrutábamos de la sensación del agua que llegaba a nuestros pies y nos hundía en la arena.

The end of the beach is a very special place. There the river that came from the mountains joined the sea and our feet could feel the change in temperature, besides the landscape becomes a little more rocky. I took the opportunity to submerge a little in the cold waters of the river and it is very pleasant to feel the fresh water after so many hours of salty sensation on my lips. It was also a very lonely area, as it is a very long beach and few seek to place their tents at the end, in fact this walk took almost an hour round trip for our group of friends.

El final de la playa es un sitio muy especial. Ahí se unía el río que venía de las montañas con el mar y en nuestros pies se podía sentir el cambio de temperatura, además de que el paisaje se torna un poco más rocoso. Aproveché de sumergirme un poco en las frías aguas del río y es muy grato sentir el agua dulce luego de tantas horas de sensación salada en mis labios. También era una zona muy solitaria, ya que es una playa muy extensa y pocos buscan colocar sus carpas al final, de hecho este paseo nos tomó casi una hora de ida y vuelta a nuestro grupo de amistades.

I believe that walks on the beach offer great freedom for those who want to relax. People are carefree and happy, the loudest sound is the waves crashing on the shore, plus some birds and the laughter of children. Although I was accompanied by my girl I think there was a long time where we did not utter words, we did not take pictures and in fact I did not think about anything .... I just looked around me with a lot of admiration and a sense of peace, even though I didn't feel like accepting the invitation of the day at the beach.

Creo que los paseos en la playa ofrecen una gran libertad para quienes quieren relajarse. Las personas se muestran despreocupadas y felices, el sonido más fuerte es el de las olas rompiendo en la orilla, más algunas aves y la risa de los niños. Aunque estaba acompañado de mi chica creo que hubo un rato largo donde no pronunciamos palabras, no tomamos fotografías y de hecho no pensaba en nada... Solo veía a mi al rededor con mucha admiración y una sensación de paz, y eso que no tenía muchas ganas de aceptar la invitación del día en la playa.

At the same time, one of my greatest desires is to enjoy more moments like this, just like when I was a kid and nature was a fundamental part of my days... One of my dad's greatest wishes, besides walking again after his accident was to take the family to the beach, that we were all there, my mom, my brother and I and our girls, I think that's why it was a little hard for me to accept the invitation at the beginning, since it is one of the many broken dreams that were marked in my mind, plus I did not take my mom, it was a walk with my friends, that made me feel a little bad, but I have the commitment to myself to make that moment that my dad dreamed of come true, even if it is no longer exactly the same.

Al mismo tiempo uno de mis deseos más grandes en gozar de más momentos como este, así como cuando era niño y la naturaleza era parte fundamental de mis días... Uno de los grandes deseos de mi papá, además de volver a caminar luego de su accidente era llevar a la familia a la playa, que estuviéramos todos, mi mamá, mi hermano y yo y nuestras chicas, creo que por eso me costó un poco aceptar la invitación al inicio, ya que es uno de los tantos sueños rotos que quedaron marcados en mi mente, además de que no llevé a mi mamá, era un paseo con mis amigos, eso me hizo sentir un poco mal, pero tengo el compromiso conmigo mismo de hacer realidad ese momento que mi papá soñó, aunque ya no sea exactamente igual.

At the end of the day my phone survived so much water, but I know it swallowed quite a lot 😅 and I was able to take a lot of nice pictures, many of them like to share here on Hive. @Jhoxiris also took some where I appear from far away, they were captured with my Tecno Pova II and I have edited them with PhotoDirector App. I had a lot of fun writing these lines and reliving this special day, today is Wednesday and I still feel the deep relaxation that left me this weekend walk with Wednesday Walk feeling ❤️ Thanks to all of you who have read me, I wish you a great day!...

Al final del día mi teléfono sobrevivió a tanta agua, pero sé que tragó bastante 😅 y pude tomar muchas fotografías bonitas, muchas de ellas como para compartirlas aquí en Hive. @Jhoxiris también tomo algunas en donde yo aparezco de lejos, fueron capturadas con mi Tecno Pova II y las he editado con PhotoDirector App. Me he divertido mucho escribiendo estas líneas y reviviendo este día especial, hoy es Miércoles y todavía siento la relajación profunda que me dejó este paseo de fin de semana con sentimiento de Wednesday Walk ❤️ ¡Gracias a todos los que me han leído, les deseo excelente día!...
