Dentro de unos días, el próximo sábado 12 de agosto vamos a salir a desarrollar una jornada de misión en el sector de Pavia junto a feligreses de varias parroquias de la zona, son sobre todo jóvenes. Ayer tuvimos una última reunión de preparación para estos días, que desde ya tenemos la convicción serán de mucho provecho no sólo para los destinatarios sino sobre todo para los que llevaremos la misión, ya que es una ley de vida totalmente cierta que "hay más alegría en dar que en recibir".

Y para estos jóvenes que salen - la mayoría por primer vez - esta experiencia será un momento espectacular, de experiencias dirigidas a potenciar su crecimiento integral, en efecto, una de las mejores cosas que le podemos ofrecer es esa oportunidad de servir, de sentirse útiles, porque todos y cada uno estamos llamados a hacer el bien, a dejar una huella positiva de un impacto favorable para los demás. Al final, este tipo de cosas son las que perduran en el tiempo.

In a few days, next Saturday, August 12, we will go out to develop a mission day in the sector of Pavia together with parishioners from several parishes in the area, especially young people. Yesterday we had a last preparation meeting for these days, which we are already convinced will be of great benefit not only for the recipients but especially for those who will carry out the mission, since it is a law of life absolutely certain that "there is more joy in giving than in receiving".

And for these young people who are going out - most of them for the first time - this experience will be a spectacular moment, of experiences aimed at enhancing their integral growth, in fact, one of the best things we can offer them is that opportunity to serve, to feel useful, because each and every one of us is called to do good, to leave a positive footprint of a favorable impact on others. In the end, this type of thing is what lasts over time.
