Este fin de semana fue para mí muy rica desde el punto de vista de la experiencia de crecimiento personal integral, porque para el día sábado se organizó en la parroquia un conversatorio sobre la inteligencia emocional, y el domingo con la celebración de la Eucaristía no pudimos tener un cierre más espectacular porque al final lo emocional y lo espiritual tienen en el ser humano un nivel de integración tan espectacular que ambas áreas hacen el matrimonio perfecto cuando logramos que en el desarrollo de nuestro ser se den la mano.

El control y manejo de nuestras emociones encuentra una canalización perfecta en la espiritualidad, ya que la misma es todo aquello que parte de nuestro interior y nos motiva para avanzar en nuestra vida. Esto es, si en la espiritualidad nos llenamos de cosas buenas, estas mismas nos harán el camino de nuestras emociones más fácil de sobrellevar.

Así en la Eucaristía, un matrimonio hizo su renovación de compromisos por su aniversario número 25, detrás de los cuales hay una historia de vida con sus altos y bajos, como toda vida humana repleta de emociones, pero que cuando las mismas se dejan acompañar por las motivaciones espirituales, encuentran su sano equilibrio.

This weekend was very rich for me from the point of view of the experience of integral personal growth, because on Saturday a discussion on emotional intelligence was organized in the parish, and on Sunday with the celebration of the Eucharist we could not have a more spectacular closing because in the end the emotional and the spiritual have in the human being such a spectacular level of integration that both areas make the perfect marriage when we achieve that in the development of our being they go hand in hand.

The control and management of our emotions find a perfect channeling in spirituality since spirituality is everything that comes from within us and motivates us to move forward in our lives. That is if we fill ourselves with good things in spirituality, these same things will make the path of our emotions easier to bear.

Thus, during the Eucharist, a couple renewed their engagement for their 25th anniversary, behind which there is a life story with its ups and downs, as every human life is full of emotions. Still, when they are accompanied by spiritual motivations, they find their healthy balance.
