Recent and diverse activity also for #amazingnature

Beginning on 8/31 I began noticing and photographing spiderwebs around outside my home.
Above is one from yesterday, right outside the back door to my bedroom.

Some of you may remember the recliner I was demolishing to make room and garnish the leather, and that incredibly rare and beautiful hide from the North American Blue Nauga

To this yesterday, with multiple sandal punctures in between

For many months that chair only served to take up floor space and act and a spot for me to toss stuff, now I had some space to try the first major rearrangement of my bedroom since I've been here
This doesn't count things like curtains and rugs, but FURNITURE placement.

That sorta green area rug was rolled up and put away because HRH Prince Tommy of Assholia insisted on using it to sharpen his claws. I got tired of using scissors and cigarette lighter to stop the pulls and runs in an otherwise BRAND NEW RUG.

This morning, since HRH has his own penthouse with rope covered support posts, which he makes great use of for said sharpening activity, I really thought it would be safe
RIGHT?
As I was removing the tape holding it rolled up, HRH was sniffing around.
As I had it laid out on the floor, HRH was sniffing around.
The INSTANT I turned my back after it was laid out, HRASSHOLINESS started to claw.
I yelled, he stopped, until I turned my back again.
I yelled and he ran out the door.
Why can't I have anything nice?

So basically this covers my activities THIS MORNING, moving, sweeping, vacuuming, getting staple punctures through my sandals, and now it is time for a very early nap attempt.
