4/10 2024, a day and night of tumult.
After seeing adverts for this for a while, and since my knee has been SOOOo painful, suplanting but not replacing my Hip in the "Pantheon of Pain" I contacted these folks and set up a FREE CONSULT, which (I was told) would take about 30 min and if I qualified we could begin treatment right then and there.
$200 a month, not covered by ANY insurance.
I told them up front that I would not be paying them that money, I just wanted to hear what it was they did.
I got there, made them all laugh with my antics
It all sounded great, they'd take plasma, spin it down, remove some special fluid and inject it into my knee, then 2 weeks later they'd inject stem cells (also removed from me) and on and on, ended up they would start by treating my lower back and knee, over a course of 8 months costing nearly TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS USD.... I said thanks, I'll think about it and walked out.
Now, earlier yesterday morning before I left, I thought "I'm going to Marietta, I need to replace my water filter" (under sink).
I looked up the company where I'd purchased my first one (I walked into their facility, not easy to find)
So I called them to find out the address once more, but there was a communication breakdown, and the fellow thought I was placing an order to be shipped to me. Wanted my credit card number (now I've been getting wound up because all I called for was their ADDRESS) and about that time, a bloody APPOINTMENT REMINDER came in from the Kinetix people.
Those things drive me bonkers.
Sadly the fellow on the phone thought I was blowing up at him even tho I took pains to make it clear I was not.
I said I'll see you soon (already running late if I were to see them then go to my appointment)
As I was preparing to walk out, my phone rang, a supervisor from the filter company.
He said (basically) we are not a retail company, most people order from us, not walk into the facility. Our person who took your call said you were angry, almost abusive.
I don't think we can serve you or meet your expectations, so I suggest you look elsewhere for your filter. (how bout them apples?)
When I got home I ordered one from Amazon, just a little bit cheaper.
It will be here tomorrow.

Last night we had a very high wind blow through, damage all over the place in the area, trees down, power out, roofs blown off...
So far, the only damage I've found was to the Ms Margaret on the top shelf.
It's root ball was in the black pot on the floor (Red and yellow arrows)
The pot which had been on the top shelf was across the porch (brown arrow)
Two ½ opened blooms were on the glass shelf, as was one TINY bloom bud. (pink squares)
There is ONE remaining tiny hope of a bloom on that stalk.
Behind the house the big Mandavilla was blown off the stump of the crepe myrtle, one of my cams blown off it's stand, some plants blown over, but that was all...
But there is a wind advisory in place until tonight.

Thank you my friend. I have good days and bad. The more I work in my yard during the day, the more it hurts at night when I try to sleep.
It does seem to be getting better tho.🫂
Oh! Glad it's getting better... just be hopeful that the pains will go away
