A las 6:30 ya estábamos en pie, viendo cómo el amanecer bañaba de luz dorada la habitación. No pudimos evitarlo: empezamos a tomar fotos. Lo que veíamos desde ahí parecía sacado de un sueño. Cielos pintados con pinceladas de rosa y azul, el mar calmado, y ese silencio que solo se rompe con carcajadas sinceras.

A la hora del desayuno, fue tanta la emoción, la alegría y la energía que teníamos, que ni hambre teníamos. Solo queríamos seguir riendo, hablando, disfrutando ese “aquí y ahora” que tantas veces dejamos pasar en la rutina diaria.

Este viaje nos llenó el alma. Y aunque ya regresamos, sigo reviviendo cada momento. Las fotos son testigos de lo que vivimos, pero lo que sentimos… eso se queda dentro.

My best friend, the birthday girl, had said she wanted to sleep in all morning… but excitement got the best of her. At 4:00 a.m., she woke us up like a little girl, shouting that it was already her birthday! 😂 Still half asleep, we started laughing and remembering everything we had lived the day before— the jokes, the toasts, the late-night confessions under the stars, the spontaneous photos that captured us exactly as we are: happy.
