My Actifit Report Card: July 11, 2023
Yesterday I logged 14,340 steps, over 4,300 steps more than my daily 10k step goal. This was the most steps I’ve logged on Actifit in a while. When I first woke up I took short hike through a local forest and around a reservoir. In the photo above you can see a beautiful pink Water Lily in full blossom. The entire surface of the water was loaded with these flowers and lily pads, it was a wonderful sight to behold. The rest of my steps were logged throughout the yard, tending to the garden, the ducks and doing a bit of brainstorming about a future fence installation
