Un día diferente en Caracas
Hoy decidí subir el Ávila, por lo menos llegar a sabas nieves y comenzar un año donde el ejercicio sea algo constante, poder mantener eso dentro de una rutina a veces es complicado, pero se busca no perdé el foco y darle mas continuidad que intermitencia a esto. Por ello fui con una amiga a darme un pequeño paseo como despeje y como una actividad física
"Today I decided to climb Ávila, at least to reach the snow-capped peaks and start a year where exercise is a constant. Maintaining that within a routine is sometimes difficult, but the goal is to stay focused and make it more consistent than sporadic. So, I went with a friend for a short walk to clear my head and get some exercise."
Ojo recomiendo que si van a comenzar con esto, no lo hagan luego de las 10 de la mañana el sol calienta la arena de una manera que capaz no se l mejor para ti, sobre todo si estas retomando o si nunca has sido de hacer ejercicio, el calor con la altura, no juega y puede hacer que te falte el oxigeno o te deshidrates y la pases un poco mal ;(
"Heads up, I recommend that if you're going to start this, don't do it after 10 am. The sun heats the sand in a way that might not be the best for you, especially if you're just getting back into it or if you've never exercised before. The heat combined with the altitude is a recipe for disaster and can cause you to run out of oxygen or get dehydrated, making you feel pretty unwell. ;("
Pero tampoco es tan malo, la vista es espectacular en cada una de las esquinas, si bien no siempre hay donde sentarse o sombra, con tomarte unos minutos para que tu cuerpo agarre mínimo y luego seguir, seguramente tienes, escucha a tu cuerpo para que puedas disfrutar de la vista y de la caminata, con un buen bronceador capaz agarras algo de color jeje
"But it's not so bad either; the view is spectacular at every turn. While there isn't always somewhere to sit or shade, if you take a few minutes to get your body acclimated and then continue, you'll surely find something. Listen to your body so you can enjoy the view and the walk. With a good sunscreen, you might even get a bit of a tan, haha."
La vegetación, preparándose para los días de sequia que vienen, en la primera foto pueden ver como hay muchas hojas en el piso y en esta, en una de las esquinas, pueden detallar un pequeño arco iris que se forma, imagino que por la luz del sol y el lente de la cámara, a lo lejos se ve la ciudad ruidosa, yo en la montaña poco a poco me alejaba de eso.
"The vegetation, preparing for the coming days of drought, in the first photo you can see how there are many leaves on the ground and in this one, in one of the corners, you can see a small rainbow that forms, I imagine because of the sunlight and the camera lens, in the distance you can see the noisy city, I was slowly moving away from it on the mountain."
Sorprende como las nubes se forman, dando algo de sombra a la ciudad, en un día donde el sol luce su mayor esplendor.
"It's surprising how the clouds form, casting some shade on the city, on a day when the sun shines in all its splendor."
Uno de los amiguitos que encontramos, habían muchas de estas aves, también vi a un pavo real, pero no llegue a tomarle fotos, en una próxima oportunidad espero hacerlo, les llevare fruta para tomarles fotos comiendo, mucha gente lo hizo y son bastante cuchis, pero se cuidan mucho, son muy precavidos, toman su distancia y hasta que tu no te alejas suficiente, ellos no van a comer, no dejan de observarte mientras lo hacen jajaja
"One of the little friends we found—there were many of these birds—I also saw a peacock, but I didn't manage to take any pictures. Next time I hope to; I'll bring them fruit to take pictures of them eating. Many people have done it, and they're quite cute, but they're very careful. They keep their distance, and they won't eat until you're far enough away. They never stop watching you while they eat, haha."
Ya camino a la casa, un poco mas tarde, encontraba la formación de nubes que ven en la foto anterior, pueden observar como escapa la luz amarilla de entre las nubes...
"On my way home a little later, I came across the cloud formation you see in the previous photo; you can see how the yellow light escapes from between the clouds..."
Me toco volver a salir y observar, parecen las alas de un ángel, o capaz un dragón, creo que cada quien puede tener una percepción diferente, pero todos podemos coincidir que es muy majestuoso observar como el cielo poco a poco va cambiando de color y como las nubes lo van decorando al mismo tiempo
"I had to go back outside and observe; they look like the wings of an angel, or perhaps a dragon. I think everyone can have a different perception, but we can all agree that it is very majestic to observe how the sky gradually changes color and how the clouds decorate it at the same time."
Ya aquí, la definición de mi cámara no fue tanta, esperamos este 2026, conseguir una mejor resolución para cualquier tipo de foto, e especial las nocturnas para poder captar mucho mejor los detalles, peor a pesar de no llegar a verse bien, hay una luna inmensa en Caracas, se veía hermosa.

"Here, my camera's resolution wasn't great. We hope to get better resolution for all types of photos in 2026, especially nighttime shots, to capture details much better. Even though it wasn't great, there was a huge moon in Caracas; it looked beautiful.
