Looking for a stunning view? Chasing sunsets and calm seas, Manila Bay is perfect for a peaceful escape.

Hi everyone! Wishing you all a wonderful day here on Hive.
Most of my pictures are not very clear because it was raining while I was taking them, except for the sunset shots.
Manila Bay is located in Metro Manila, Philippines. It’s famous for its beautiful sunsets and the baywalk where many people enjoy walking and relaxing by the sea. For me, this place will always hold a special part in my memories because I used to work along Roxas Boulevard, just across from the sea.

Back when I worked at Ocean Tower Condo, from the 19th floor, I could clearly see the glowing red sky every afternoon. The sunsets from up there always looked magical. Every day, I looked forward to watching the sky slowly change its colors from bright yellow to orange and finally to deep red. It felt like nature was painting something new each day, reminding me to pause and appreciate the little moments. Watching it became the highlight of my day and one of my favorite parts of working there.

What I really looked forward to back then was the sunset. It will always be one of the most unforgettable sights for me.

Another beautiful thing I noticed was the sight of the yachts lined up neatly in their spaces. They were placed behind barriers so the waves would not hit them. Each yacht had its own owner and the area was always kept clean because people maintained it every day. That’s why there was no trash floating on the water, which made the view even more peaceful and relaxing.

While I was working there, I observed that something was being built in the middle of the sea. Since it wasn’t finished when I left my job, I never got to see the outcome. Until now I still wonder if that project was completed or if the area has already changed.

Every morning, I used to sit on the terrace with my coffee and enjoy the wide view of the sea. The water looked calm, and the sunlight made it sparkle like tiny diamonds. Even though the city was all around, the view of the bay gave me peace of mind. I could see people jogging, exercising or just walking slowly near the seawall. Some families also brought their kids to play and others took pictures to capture the scenery.

What made the experience unforgettable was how Manila Bay became a space for reflection. Whenever I felt stressed at work, I only needed to look outside to feel calm again. Watching the sunset reminded me that no matter how busy or tiring a day could be, there was always something beautiful waiting at the end of it.

Even though I no longer work nearby, those experiences will always stay with me.
