In Her Own World — Photoshoot 📷

Hi everyone!!! I'm really sorry for not being around much lately.😟 My life has been incredibly complex for almost a year now.

My husband and I are taking care of his father, who’s in stage five of Parkinson’s and also has dementia. He has feeding tubes and catheters, and the stress levels are beyond anything I can describe.😩

Sometimes, I just can’t find the peace of mind to sit in front of a computer — my head is elsewhere, scattered, trying to keep up with everything.

So sometimes — and only sometimes — I find a moment to show you what I’ve been working on.
Because yes, despite everything, my work is what’s keeping me afloat right now.
(and a little bit of me(
And I don’t just mean financially (though that too), but more like the chance to stop thinking for a while about illness and a life that’s turned upside down.

So today, I’m dropping by to share some of those little projects that are keeping my soul alive.

This session was shot on a set designed to look like a teenage room. The goal wasn’t to build a perfect scene, but to create a space where everything you see makes sense. A place that feels lived-in — where someone creates, thinks, listens, and exists.

Portrait photography doesn’t have to be just about faces and bodies. The details weren’t there for decoration — they were part of the visual language. The mannequin with colorful necklaces, the scribbled notebooks, the pencils scattered on the shelf… all of it tells us something about who she is.

Sometimes, planning the concept takes longer than actually pressing the shutter. But once the idea is clear, everything flows. For this shoot, the goal was to show a piece of her identity without having to explain it.

It’s still portrait photography — just with a story behind it.

I'm sorry to hear about someone being sick and I feel for you deeply. But your photos are excellent. I wish you all the best.

Thank you so much for your words. It’s quite a difficult situation; we all have our own battles to fight.
The important thing is to stay on our feet for as long as we can.
I’m truly happy you like the photos 🥰. We put so much love into them.
