Wandering In The Middle Of The Night

How are you doing, friends?
Its already past 8pm and we're still stuck at work. So while waiting for our Grab driver to arrive, my colleagues and i decided to tour the vicinity since it has some great views. As we near the main entrance, palm trees and other tropical trees are the first to greet the guests.


I bet this place has a different view during day time. But sadly, we are in the office during that time so i can't tell what it looks like in the morning. It was also raining earlier today so the floor is still quite wet.

We were about to go back to the exit area when we saw a security guard approaching us. We took this opportunity to ask the guard to take some photo of the 3 of us for remembrance.

I always like late night walks because it feels relaxing. The calm breezy air and the street lights always sets a good mood. As they say, walking is the best antidote for a bad mood.

I have a thing for taking photograph of roads because it has a deep metaphor for decision making. Road symbolizes life's journey and the destination is the goal. In real life, literally, I'm not so good at remembering directions or reading a map but i always know that somehow, through asking directions from people, i will reach my destination. So metaphorically, I hope to embody this mentality too.
