Walk along the Laguito
I return, once again, to Wednesday walks. I know I have not been constant, but that's life. However, now, I intend to be more assiduous in walking, well, to enjoy the spaces that one has within reach, and that by laziness or a misunderstood comfort, wasted.
This time the journey was a relaxing walk through the grounds of the Laguito of the military circle of Caracas: an artificial lagoon bordered by high Chaguáramos and its interior full of life: freshwater fish and turtles of different sizes. Until recently, the Laguito was only for the exclusive use of the military, but now it is open to the public every day from five in the morning until five in the afternoon.
The day was cloudy with intermittent drizzle, but this did not prevent us from walking along the narrow path around it. Yes, on this occasion, I was accompanied by my wife and sister-in-law.
We lay down on the grass near the shore, and both the dark fish with giant mouths and the turtles approached us. These are accustomed to visitors throwing them something to eat, even small yellow birds walked, not without taking precautions, close to us. So the two packets of crumbled cookies were the feast for these beautiful little animals, who rewarded us in the process with the feeling of serenity, stillness, and peace.
Soon my wife and sister-in-law took off their shoes in order to reconnect with the land, well, halfway because of the green grass that covers it. Tricolored macaws flew in pairs over the lagoon, and others, on the tops of the trees, watched us and chirped, as if to say, "Hey... here we are".
My sister-in-law discovered some bushes at ground level of beautiful greenery that to the touch gather their leaves on their stems. Here they are called Dormideras or Dormilonas (Sleepers). I was amazed to see how movement reigns not only in the animal world. Yes... I know that the wind also blows the plants! But some, like the one I am telling you about, are due to bio-magnetic causes.
In the end, the walk was a delight, and we plan to find time in the future to recreate it again. Surely, where you live, there will also be simple and affordable wonders that you foolishly miss because of your hectic lifestyle. So, I recommend you not to do it. It is a good idea to take advantage of Wednesday walks to explore, photograph, meet yourself and your friends, and find peace and harmony.
I hope you have enjoyed my Wednesday walk.

Hello @tattodjay
Yes, the reflection is beautiful, it is like a natural mirror where amazing creatures live among tangles of dense lake flora.
It was a very relaxing ride whose effects made us fall asleep at home.
Greetings
thanks so much and have a good day
¡Excelente!
Felicitaciones.
