Mind Relaxing Vacation - A visit to Dubai Park:Motion Gate

Hello to all my Hiver friends. Today I would like to tell you about my first visit to Dubai, which took place on February 20, 2022. I made a plan with my colleagues to explore Dubai’s best places. After much deliberation, we decided to visit Dubai Park and Motiongate. Because I think parks are the best places to spend time and relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We left home after lunch and reached the park at 4:00 in the afternoon. It was a beautiful day with sunny weather. The birds on the flowers were chirping. Everyone in the place was excited. Upon entering the Dubai Parks gate, first we catch some nice clicks of background places.

The lake bridges, cafeterias, and gardens attracted us because they all looked like Hollywood scenes. When it was our turn, we were given vouchers for free rides by the Motiongate management.

First of all, I would like to tell you a little about Dubai Park Motiongate. It is a theme park that was created based on Hollywood blockbusters. It features around 30 rides inspired by memorable Hollywood action and animated films, including Kong-Fu Panda, Shrek, Ghostbusters, and The Hunger Games.

The park consists of three areas dedicated to iconic Hollywood movie studios such as Dreamworks, Lionsgate, and Columbia Pictures, as well as Smarf Villages where kids can enjoy animated movies with rides.

As we entered the park, many families were on their way to Shrek’s house. The kids are waiting for their turn to take photos with Shrek’s puppet. Their faces are so cute as they pose for the photos. Our inner child soul soared, and then we took a few pictures to remember. My childhood memories are linked with this character. It is unbelievable how this childhood passed. I saw the Madagascar character Alex’s Lion puppet. The kids stick to the Alex.

Afterwards, we visit the Kong-Fu Panda pavilion and watch a short animated movie. Afterwards, we took a few rides on the roller coaster, the slide and the water boat.

Then we decided to take a short break because we felt hungry. We ate fried rice that I cooked before we left home, and let me tell you, I can cook well enough. So, in the future, I will post some posts about my cooking skills. We enjoyed our suffering and then we feel more energetic to continue our further visit. After that, we went to a haunted house where I saw a horror environment for the first time. We were thrilled to see some designed horror rooms, this place was amazing. Well, the time was 8:00 pm, it's time to go back.
