Enjoying the Beautiful Evening Scene and Tranquil Atmosphere in the "Thal" Village

Hello Hive family. I hope you're having a good time in life. I visited my village to enjoy some traveling and the sights. It kept me busy, though. Today's visit was important. We're almost done harvesting crops, and soon we'll start threshing. The workers are stacking the crops we've harvested. It's warm, but they're still working hard. They want to finish today, so they can start harvesting their own crops tomorrow. These workers are really strong, even though their wives, kids, and elderly family members are also helping out.

During this time, some shepherds were leading their animals towards our land. Animal husbandry is a profession for people here. It's difficult for them to gather grains and fodder from below, so the livestock eat them as their food. My late father used to say that this is also a form of charity and it's the right of these birds, animals, and creatures.

After nearly three hours of continuous threshing, now the lentils are being gathered and weighed. I've sold them to a nearby vendor. Now, the grain will be filled into bags and loaded onto this trolley.

Some grains have been given to these laborers as wages, so they can use them for their family's ration.

After earning, I was feeling very tired and also extremely hungry. My cousin was with me. I ordered the famous dish Chinioti Mutton Kunna here. Those who are friends of Pakistan must know about this dish very well. It's really delicious. The slight smell of firewood adds to its aroma. We enjoyed it with the local, crispy tandoori bread.

After eating, we decided to explore the surroundings for a while. Let me tell you, we had brought along some plants to plant, and we also needed to take care of some that we had already planted. So, we thought it would be better to spend some time doing that before heading out to visit the nearby hills.

Now that we were free, we were heading to the nearby sandy hills to enjoy the evening scenery.

On the way, we passed by Father's friend's house, where we were invited for tea. So, we decided to sit there for a while. I was particularly fascinated by the pigeons. They would sometimes peck at grains and other times playfully fly around. The scene felt very serene.

Their family joined us, and there was also a machine for cutting grass. Since it was time to feed the animals, the family members were preparing to cut the grass. I offered to help them with cutting. They were surprised, as they thought city boys like us couldn't do such work. Anyway, I went ahead and did the cutting for them. Even though the whole process was tiring, I felt proud of myself.

The sunset was happening, a sight that always touches the heart. The sky had a gentle golden hue, and after the hot and harsh day, the sand was starting to cool down. Walking barefoot on it felt wonderful. All the tiredness of the day melted away in that moment.

With this, my journey came to an end. The next day, I returned home. I hope you enjoyed hearing about my day in the countryside.
