I love to see rainbows too, but unfortunately, I seldom see one, especially in my city. I don't know why. Maybe it depends on the area or maybe.... Perhaps you can tell me more about it 🤣.

They say that these clouds are extremely rare, and are almost primarily seen at high latitudes, like in our area in Los Baños where colder temperatures aid in their formation. Your place in Bukidnon is also at a high latitude if I am not mistaken. Maybe you simply missed the beauty of the iridescent/rainbow 🌈 clouds. They are also much more visible near sunrise and sunset when these thin, wispy clouds are more visible. From this moment forth, you must be vigilant in your surroundings, especially in the atmosphere, to witness this beautiful work of God.🌷🕊️
Yes we are also in high latitudes but I missed these things because I usually wake up at 6:30 0r 7:00 in the morning. Most of the time the sun is already up and I missed the dawn. In the afternoon I cannot catch the dusk because I have classes. So maybe next time I will wake up earlier to see such beautiful and amazing nature. Thank you so much for the reminder and for emphasizing the wonders of God.
Bear in mind that you will only see the beautiful hues in the sky when there is an interaction between sunlight and tiny water droplets or ice crystals in the atmosphere. Whether it is morning or at dusk. The process is called diffraction. Be observant in our environment and you will witness many wonders. Sometimes you will also see three arcs of rainbows depending on the sunlight and the duration of the droplets. Be ready to capture those beautiful moments, and you will only see them for a moment, and then they will quickly disappear.
Thank you for the reminders to appreciate the wonderful things around us. I'll surely look for those rainbows and remember the science behind their beauty. I only saw two rainbows at the same time twice, and that was in Marawi City.
