Discuss, look for solutions.

This is a picture I took a few nights ago. Precisely located in the Mesjid Village, Syamtalira Aron District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. On that night several village officials were seen having a meeting to find a solution for the good of being together. Usually, before holding or holding a general meeting, a pre-deliberation or small deliberation is held which involves work units at the village level.

If the conclusion has been reached during the small deliberation, then on the following night a general deliberation will be held immediately involving all villagers. Usually in our village, only men participate in deliberations without involving women. Traditions like that have been going on for a long time since I was a child.

Deliberation is a tradition as the identity of the Indonesian nation. In addition, there is also a mutual cooperation system that applies in community life in the village. With these two principles, any problems that occur in a village will be resolved in a fair, fast and equitable manner. Therefore, the principles of deliberation and mutual cooperation must always be put forward for all Indonesian people in order to move towards a more advanced country.

In deliberations among fellow villagers, ethics must also be prioritized in expressing opinions. Because in this forum we have very many different perspectives and thoughts. Don't let these differences make us enemies and create new problems.
