An Army of Ants Attacking a Candy - POBphotocontest INSECTS
Making this as my cover photo, check the caption on each photo.
I was eating my last piece of M and M's when suddenly, I dropped it outside of the house. Well, I could not take it and eat it because I dropped it on wet soil.
Then, I noticed ants started to create a line.
And moved to go in the direction of the candy.
I was curious about what was going to happen so I stayed and observed.
I was thinking how can they carry the candy? But you can see, they were starting to attack the candy.
It was getting more interesting.
They're starting to climb. Sorry for the blurred photo.
Let me take another shot, still blurred. But you can see the red head of the ants, so cool to see in contrast to the green candy.
I just kept on taking photos, one ant started to climb. I find it fascinating when the candy was surrounded by ants.
Taking a photo from a different angle.
This looked so much better.
Top view. Oh look, can you see the bigger ant on the upper left? Not sure if this is the Queen Ant.
Another photo with a better shot.
Oh, look! Photos are getting better and better until the end. I really enjoyed taking all of them.
There's a fly!

Okay this is super great, although I don't enjoy m&m's glad the ants do! The way they surround the candy looks like beadwork it's fascinating! Your pictures are beautiful!
