Pond Life | 池塘生物

Qurator's Photo Quest for this week is Pond Life, and my post is dedicated to this fun theme.

Pond life includes plants and animals, or it can refer to people too. Today I would like to share some photos of pond animals that I have seen over the years. They are a collection from various ponds across the world.

Aside from the fact that the creatures are constantly moving, photographing pond life in water is also difficult due to reflection and refraction... and I didn't travel with filters when taking these photos. So many edits have been made in my post-processing here, such as dodge and burn, color grading, and vignetting...

这些小动物来自世界各地的池塘，拍照时的主要问题除了它们一直在动，还有就是水面的倒影和各种反射折射的影响。而且当时在旅途中拍这些照片时都没有带滤镜，所以只能现在后期时做些处理，比如调整深浅和色调。
