So I grabbed what I needed, I put on a jacket that I knew was not going to be of much use, and I went out, with a plastic bag on my head, because I do have an umbrella but I want it very much, and I did not want to take it because I always leave it thrown away, I lost count of how many I have thrown away and well I wanted to leave it, so I decided to live that journey, even though the streets were wet and a little slippery, and the cars passing as if there was no one walking, and I was splashed more than once.

I was walking fast, dodging what I could, while the water fell on my face and my feet got a little wet, and the more I walked, the more I wondered why just today? Why not yesterday, when it was sunny? But well, God is in charge, and you can't change that.

I arrived at the market as if I had run a marathon, a little wet, but thank God I was able to do the shopping, mission accomplished, and although it was uncomfortable, it was also one of those outings that one does not forget easily, walking in the drizzle was my little adventure, and although I ended up a little wet, I felt like a champion, for achieving my goals.

Les quiero compartir lo que hoy me tocó vivir, al salir a comprar unas cosas que necesitaba sí o sí. no, esto era urgente, pero si necesario, el problema fue que desde temprano comenzó a lloviznar, esa lluvia molesta que no empapa de una vez, pero si poco.

Me quedé un buen rato mirando el cielo, esperando que parara, creía que de pronto se calmaba, pero nada, no se calmó, pasó media hora, luego otra más, y nada, la lluvia seguía cayendo con esa terquedad que parece personal, y yo, con el tiempo encima y la lista de compras en la cabeza, ya no podía seguir esperando.

Así que agarré lo necesario, me puse una chaqueta que ya sabía que no iba a servir de mucho, y salí, con una bolsa de plástico en la cabeza, porque si tengo un paraguas pero lo quiero mucho, y no lo quise llevar porque siempre lo dejó botado, ya perdí la cuenta de cuántos he botado y bueno quise dejarlo, pues decidí vivír esa travesía, a pesar que las calles estaban estaban mojadas y un poco resbalosas, y los carros pasando como si no hubiera nadie caminando, y me salpicaron más de una vez.

Iba caminando rápido, esquivando lo que podía, mientras el agua me caía en la cara y los pies un poco mojados, y mientras más caminaba, más me preguntaba ¿Por qué justo hoy? ¿Por qué no ayer, que estaba soleado? Pero bueno, Dios es quien manda, y uno no puede cambiar eso.

Llegué al mercado como si hubiera corrido una maratón, algo mojada, pero gracias a Dios pude hacer las compras, misión cumplida, y aunque fue incómodo, también fue de esas salidas que uno no olvida con fácilmente, caminar bajo la llovizna fue mi pequeña aventura, y aunque terminé algo mojada, me sentí como un campeona, por lograr cumplir con mis objetivos.
